Project identity (one paragraph)¶
alaivOS is a privacy-first Life Operating System built in Flutter/Dart that replaces 5–10 consumer apps with one on-device AI ("Laiv"). Local Supremacy: the Brain lives on device; Ghost (Gemma 4 E4B on a Hetzner CX43 in Helsinki) is an opt-in upgrade gated only by credits. Company: Citerius Holdings LLC (Wyoming, USA). Founder: J (Guadalajara, Mexico). Stack: Flutter/Dart, Riverpod + Freezed, SQLite (direct, no PowerSync), Productivity Glassmorphism UI. Tiers: Starter (free) · Spark $3.99 · Core $7.99 · Pro $14.99 · Elite $23.99 (annual: pay 10, get 12).

Locked decisions at-a-glance (digest — full detail in CLAUDE.md)¶
- On-device models = Qwen 3.5 (xs 0.8B / s 2B / m 4B practical; l E2B / xl E4B for tablets+future). Ghost server = Gemma 4 E4B at 12 tok/s on CX43; Qwen 3.5 9B is fallback only.
- AMI dynamic load/unload — ONE model at a time, NEVER always-resident. Unloaded on background; retuned thresholds in v2.7. Smart Flutter Responses bridge model-load gap (10 notification-action handlers).
- Credits are the ONLY gate for Ghost. All Ghost capabilities available at every Ghost tier. No per-skill pricing. Cloud Gemini is DEAD —
AiProvider = {local, ghost}. - Voice pipeline is Kokoro-first (inverted). Kokoro 82M is canonical "Laiv voice"; Piper ONNX fine-tuned from Kokoro for on-device; Voxtral for Ghost HD. ElevenLabs/WaveNet DEAD in production.
- Laiv Checkup v1.0 is tier-baked, NOT credit-gated. Elite 1mo / Pro 2mo / Core 3mo / Spark 6mo. Trial: Day 0 baseline → Day 14 mid → Day 28 full (FREE). Dual anonymization via Gemma 4 E4B → Anthropic Batch API. ~$0.012/checkup.
- Trial = 21 days guaranteed (14 Pro + 7 Elite), up to 28 with referrals. Mandatory progressive interview (45 Q × 11 traits). Day 14 mandatory phone verification to unlock Elite.
- E2EE universal on every tier (Signal Protocol, real — not stubs). Health data NEVER syncs to cloud, NEVER in Ghost prompts.
- Zero paid API deps in POI/search stack. Overpass/OSM + DDG + Photon CF Worker + Nominatim + FTS5. Google Places = temporary luxury with dart-define kill-switch (expires June 5, 2026).
- 5-layer composite Traffic Intelligence Engine:
baseline_spline × live_calibration × weather × calendar × event. 290 cities. Factor chips display minutes, not percentages. - Multi-agent v1.0 BUILT: SkillRouter, ObserverAgent (11 rules — Rule #11 = AQ), PlannerAgent, ExecutorAgent, PersonalitySettings (5 presets + 4 sliders).
- Infrastructure: ~€28/mo + $3/mo (CX43 + 2× cx23 + Supabase/CF free + TheSportsDB Patreon). CX43 stays; Bishop = mini PC (training only, not GPU server).
- Code health: ~970+ TAW tests, 0 analyze errors, 0 GT violations, 120+ feature gates, ~8,500+ ARB keys × 21 locales. Zero hard launch blockers.

Workflow & shared brain¶
Cloudflare KV ALAIVOS_KB namespace is the shared brain. Agents read/write via MCP (Omega), wrangler CLI (Epsilon), bash/curl (builders, Delta). Canonical KV keys: master-kb, current-sprint, sprint-results, sprint-log, delta-findings, arch-decisions. Business track lives in a separate directory alaivos-biz-core/ and separate KV alaivos-biz-kb — do not cross-pollute.
